Warranty and support[edit]

SunRay's warranty page lists a ten-year structural warranty and a one-year warranty on parts and electronics.^[5]

SunRay's warranty registration form states that the warranty applies only to products bought new “directly from SunRay Saunas or from a third-party affiliate or authorized reseller expressly authorized by SunRay Saunas”.^[15]

Topture is not the warrantor of SunRay Saunas products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.^[16]
