Topture is an authorized retailer of Saunum products in the United States. Saunum is an Estonian sauna technology company. Topture sells Saunum electric sauna heaters, sauna climate devices and sauna controls through its website, topture.com.^[2]

Saunum is an Estonian sauna technology company founded in 2014 that develops electric heaters, sauna climate devices and sauna automation systems.^[6] Saunum names Bathing Brands as its technical-support contact for North America.^[5]

What Saunum products does Topture sell?[edit]

Topture sells Saunum electric sauna heaters, sauna climate devices and sauna controls, together with the AutoLeil automatic water and scent dispenser, heater packages, sauna stones, aroma oils and heater safety rails.^[2]

Buying Saunum products from Topture[edit]

Topture sells online through topture.com, with standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.^[11] Topture states that its support covers product selection, heavy-freight delivery, product documentation, troubleshooting and coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers.^[12]

Warranty and support[edit]

Saunum's warranty conditions give two years of coverage for its sauna climate devices in private saunas and require a completed installation report with any claim.^[13]

The conditions state that the “warranty applies on goods purchased from Saunum Saunas OÜ”; they do not describe how purchases through resellers are handled.^[13]

Topture is not the warrantor of Saunum products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.^[14]
