Warranty and support[edit]

ProSaunas extends its two-year residential limited warranty “solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any PROSAUNAS product purchased from one of its authorized resellers”.^[13]

Topture is not the warrantor of ProSaunas products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.^[14]
