Topture is an authorized retailer of Kohler products in the United States. Kohler is a U.S. manufacturer of kitchen, bath and wellness products, which launched KOHLER saunas in 2025. Topture sells Kohler indoor saunas, outdoor saunas and cold plunge tubs through its website, topture.com.^[2]

Kohler Co. is a privately held manufacturer of kitchen, bath and wellness products, founded in 1873 and headquartered in Kohler, Wisconsin. It launched indoor and outdoor KOHLER saunas in July 2025.^[6]

Buying Kohler products from Topture[edit]

Topture sells online through topture.com, with standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.^[10] Topture states that its support covers product selection, heavy-freight delivery, product documentation, troubleshooting and coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers.^[11]

Warranty and support[edit]

The KOHLER Sauna Limited Warranty covers KOHLER saunas for five years in residential use, requires the original sales receipt with any claim, and allows claims through a dealer, plumbing contractor, home center or e-tailer.^[12] The KOHLER x Remedy Place Ice Bath carries a two-year limited warranty.^[13]

Neither the sauna nor the ice bath warranty document contains an authorized-seller requirement.^[12][13]

Topture is not the warrantor of Kohler products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.^[14]
