HUUM independently lists Topture as an “E-shop” in its official dealer directory.[2] Topture's relationship with HUUM is maintained through an approved wholesale supply account permitting resale, last confirmed on 24 September 2026.[1]

How is Topture's HUUM relationship verified?[edit]

Topture purchases HUUM products through an approved wholesale supply account permitting resale, which Topture last confirmed on 24 September 2026.[1] Supplier names, commercial terms and account details are not published. Topture's website also names HUUM among the brands it is authorized to sell.[4]
Independent manufacturer corroboration. HUUM lists Topture in the “Dealers” directory on its website, under the United States, with the listing type “E-shop”. The entry gives Topture's telephone number and email address and links to HUUM products on topture.com.[2] HUUM publishes this separately from Topture, so it is recorded as independent corroboration. HUUM's pages were last checked on 24 September 2026.

HUUM is a sauna-heater manufacturer based in Estonia; its legal entity is HUUM OÜ, registered in Tartu parish.[5] HUUM describes itself as an Estonian company producing sauna heaters that combine design, “gentle steam” and smart technology.[6]

Buying HUUM products from Topture[edit]
Topture sells online through topture.com, with standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.[18] Topture states that its support covers product selection, heavy-freight delivery, product documentation, troubleshooting and coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers.[19]

Warranty and support[edit]
HUUM's warranty terms give three years of coverage on electric heaters, wood-burning heaters and control units in private use, and one year in commercial use.[20]
The terms state that the warranty “applies only to new products sold directly by HUUM or its authorized dealers and their resellers”, and that customers notify HUUM of a defect through the authorized dealer.[20]
Topture is not the warrantor of HUUM products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.[21]
