Harvia is a Finnish manufacturer of sauna heaters and saunas, founded in 1950. Its parent company, Harvia Plc, is headquartered in Muurame, Finland, and listed on Nasdaq Helsinki; the group's brands also include ThermaSol, Almost Heaven Saunas and EOS.[6] In North America, Harvia's warranty is provided by Harvia US Inc.[7]

Buying Harvia products from Topture[edit]
Topture sells online through topture.com, with standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.[23] Topture states that its support covers product selection, heavy-freight delivery, product documentation, troubleshooting and coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers.[24]

Warranty and support[edit]
Harvia's warranty covers products “purchased new from Harvia or an authorized Harvia dealer”, and states that it “applies only to new Products sold directly by Harvia or its official dealers”.[7]
Heaters and control units carry two years of coverage in family use, with an additional year for electric heaters registered with Harvia within 30 days of purchase.[7]
Topture is not the warrantor of Harvia products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.[25]
