About Finnmark Designs[edit]

Finnmark Designs traces its origins to a sauna woodshop in Tampere, Finland, and began selling saunas directly to consumers in 2019.^[6] Its U.S. distribution center is in Wheeling, Illinois.^[5]

Warranty and support[edit]

Finnmark Designs states that its saunas come with a ten-year warranty and that its Spectrum Plus heaters carry a lifetime warranty. Its warranty terms contain no authorized-dealer requirement.^[15]

Topture is not the warrantor of Finnmark Designs products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.^[16]
