Amerec is a brand of Sauna360 Inc. of Cokato, Minnesota; the Sauna360 group's brands also include Finnleo, Tylö, Helo and Kastor.[5][6] Amerec describes itself as a designer and manufacturer of steam bath generators, controls and accessories.[5]

Buying Amerec products from Topture[edit]

Topture sells online through topture.com, with standard shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.[9] Topture states that its support covers product selection, heavy-freight delivery, product documentation, troubleshooting and coordinating warranty claims with manufacturers.[10]

Topture has no separate Amerec collection; the products are listed individually on topture.com, where prices, availability and ordering are handled.

Warranty and support[edit]

Sauna360's limited warranty for sauna products, published on the Amerec website, applies to products “purchased from one of our authorized retailers/service centers/“sauna specialists””, and becomes valid only after a registration form is submitted within 60 days of installation.[11]

Topture is not the warrantor of Amerec products. It states that it assists with troubleshooting and with coordinating warranty claims with the manufacturer as a courtesy service that creates no independent warranty obligation.[12]
